License Agreement: Scholar Educational Systems, Inc. (“SES”) grants to the purchaser (herein referred to as “User”) of the Gross Anatomy of the Human Skeleton app (herein referred to as the “App”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the material on the App on any iPad that the User owns or controls and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in Section 9.b of the App store Terms and Conditions. The App may be used solely for a noncommercial use and may not be distributed over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. User may not rent, sell, or redistribute the App in any way. The contents of the App are the property of Scholar Educational Systems, Inc. and are protected, without limitation, by United States copyright and trademark laws and international treaty provisions. SES retains all rights not expressly granted and title to the content shall not pass to any other user. None of the content may be decompiled, disassembled, reproduced, transcribed, translated into language or computer-language, re-transmitted, sold, or redistributed in any way. All source code is copyrighted, whether html, JavaScript, or otherwise. SES makes no representations or warranties with respect to the App or its contents, which are provided “as is”. SES disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the App and its contents including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will SES be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, economic or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App and its contents.
